"Jim Irsay used his Twitter account to turn up the volume on an otherwise quiet Sunday. A day after the Indianapolis Colts owner said the team is considering signing a veteran quarterback if Peyton Manning isn't able to play in the Sept. 11 season opener, he wrote: "Brad, I'm in Hattiesburg. . . . is it right or left at the Firechief?'' Seems innocent enough until you consider Hattiesburg is where Brett Favre calls home. It's unlikely Irsay was in Hattiesburg and was just having fun with his mounting followers on Twitter. He doesn't even mention Favre's name in that tweet, or in a previous one when Irsay wrote he was "in Mississippi, down at the crossroads . . . ''"
