Justice Elena Kagan is NOT Impartial   Justice Kagan is ready to SAVE OBAMACARE... and the White House couldn't be happier... From the Associated Press: "We know the Affordable Care Act is constitutional and are confident the Supreme Court will agree," Obama communications director Dan Pfeiffer said in a statement. Why wouldn't they be confident? THEY OWN JUSTICE ELENA KAGAN! and are 'supremely' confident that they have the majority they need to prevail. Making ObamaCare the law of the land forever. Eliminating any right of the people to petition the government for change. Setting the egregious individual mandate in stone. And setting in place, Obama's 2012 reelection strategy. What did Elena Kagan do before she was put on the Supreme Court?  As the government's top lawyer she oversaw the legal defense of ObamaCare for Barack Obama. Elena Kagan should recuse herself from hearing the case the White House wants the Supreme Court to hear. But we can't take a chance she will do the right thing. It's why we must force repeal of ObamaCare with an overwhelming demand for a new Senate vote before it goes to the Supreme Court.
