Santa Monica gunman revealed to have history of mental illness as one of the victims of the bloody rampage is identified

Officials Saturday identified one of the victims of a bloody Santa Monica rampage that left five dead, including the gunman, and as many wounded. Carlos Navarro Franco, 68, of West Los Angeles, was gunned down in his car at Santa Monica College, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office. read full story »
