Considering the amount of coverage the impending failure of ObamaCare has received, I'm shocked that there aren't more people outraged and demanding its full repeal and replacement with market-driven reforms. The stories related to ObamaCare continue to pile up day after day. Even MSNBC is discussing how ObamaCare is causing anxiety among Democrats. Well what else did they expect?? Here are just some of the latest stories that will make your jaw drop...( more) Securing The Border The battle over immigration is stuck on the idea that border security must be obtained before the process proceeds to deal with the 11 million illegal immigrants currently in the United States. To me, and many conservatives, this doesn't seem like an unreasonable request. My fear is that we will continue to allow the influx of illegal immigrants year after year, while simultaneously granting amnesty to those who came here illegally. In my opinion, that doesn't seem to be comprehensive immigration reform; It's not really solving a problem. If that is going to be the case, then what are we even doing this for? What kind of message will that send to future potential immigrants? It will say that we are not serious about you coming here through legal means, but once you do we will put you on a path toward residency and eventually citizenship...( more) |
IRS Bonuses? The IRS is steeped in scandal after admitting that it targeted conservative groups. And a few weeks ago we learned about millions of dollars that were being wasted on IRS conferences, which included dancing and Star Trek parody videos. Remember that? Well the IRS is back in the news and you taxpayers aren't going to like this one bit...( more) Today's "Hot Topic" On The Hannity Forums: Deal reached to secure Senate passage of Immigration Bill - Safiel An amendment will be made later today to the Immigration Bill in the Senate, which will double the Border Patrol from 21,000 agents to 42,000 agents. This likely will ensure that cloture can be invoked, perhaps with as many as 70 votes and the bill passed through the Senate. However, the bill is still likely DOA in the House. >> TV Tonight (Hannity FoxNews at 9pm ET): Senators finally stuck a deal on border security for immigration reform. But does this mean Republicans are finally on board? Plus President Obama made a Catholic school gaffe while abroad. Ann Coulter reacts. And is the way NYC police identify subjects about to change? |
