The incident happened outside a business along the East Freeway near Sheldon in Channelview, Texas. The driver then heard the man screaming and called the Channelview Fire Department. The Houston-area man was snoozing inside the large metal bin when a dump truck making its rounds lifted it into the air just before 5 a.m. Friday, KHOU reported.
