Benghazi Suspect Captured
Six-hundred and forty-five days after the deadly terrorist attack in Benghazi, which killed four Americans, the United States has finally apprehended the supposed “mastermind” of the attack. The manhunt for Ahmed Abu Khatalla took place over the weekend in Libya and resulted in his capture without incident.  He is now aboard a Navy ship in the Mediterranean undergoing, what I assume to be, intense questioning about Benghazi and other terror-related matters. Of course there’s controversy surrounding this capture.  It appears the Obama administration has decided NOT to bring Khatalla to Gitmo to be held as a terrorist detainee and tried in a military court.  Instead Khatalla will be brought to Washington D.C. and face criminal charges within the American civilian court system.  This means he is afforded all the rights of an American citizen, including the right to a taxpayer-funded public defender. According to the Department of Justice, Khatalla will face three criminal charges and one carries the death penalty. The Obama administration seems totally at peace with treating America’s enemies as common criminals and it appears content to fight terrorism with both hands behind our back.

Obama Tanks, Radical Islam Rises
A new poll conducted by the Wall Street Journal/NBC News finds that Obama's approval rating currently matches his all-time low.  Just 41% of Americans approve of his handling of his job as president, while his handling of foreign policy has hit a new low of just 37%.  Even Chuck Todd of MSNBC says that this poll is a "disaster" and indicates that the American public believes the Obama presidency to be "over." Obama's foreign policy blunders continue to stack up, even as the administration tries to change the narrative with capture of Benghazi mastermind Ahmed Abu Khatalla.  Around the world, we are witnessing the rise of brutality among radical Islamists.  Today in the Wall Street Journal, the Cheney's chronicle the dangers of Obama's collapsing doctrine stating, "Rarely has a U.S. president been so wrong about so much at the expense of so many."  Obama managed to blow a war that we had won, emboldening dangerous radicals in the vacuum of American leadership.

>TV Tonight (10pm ET on Fox News)
Sen. Marco Rubio sounds off about the Iraq and southern border crises. Plus a Benghazi victim's father on the capture of Abu Khatalla. And Justina Pelletier's family talks about the girl heading home
