Brandee Anastasia Massey (pictured), who was just over six months pregnant, was walking to her 15th-floor apartment in the Horace Harding Expressway building near 99th St. after dropping three of her children off at P.S. 206 around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday. A gunman crept up on the mother of four and started blasting away. Massey was hit in the right side of her chest and her right elbow, according to police sources. She was rushed to Elmhurst General Hospital, where she died of her wounds an hour later. Doctors managed to deliver her baby girl, but the newborn died at about 1:30 p.m. The children of pregnant Brandee Massey who was killed near her Lefrak City apartment still do not know of her death.

Long Island housekeeper stole $76G in cash and jewelry from two homes: police

A Long Island housekeeper is accused of stealing about $76,000 in cash and other valuables from two employers. 47-year-old Patricia Pavon of Freeport was arraigned Thursday on charges of second and third-degree grand larceny. She was ordered held on $30,000 bond or $15,000 cash. Nassau County police allege Pavon took more than $11,000 in cash and $5,000 in jewelry from a Freeport home. They say that when the residents made the discovery, they contacted relatives in Uniondale who also employed Pavon. That family determined $60,000 worth of jewelry was missing. A Long Island housekeeper is accused of stealing about $76,000 in cash and other valuables from two employers.
