The New York City Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating Diomedes Valenzula wanted for assault and custodial interference within the confines of the 52nd Precinct.   On Tuesday, December 01, 2015 at approximately 1344 hours inside of 2974 Perry Avenue a 31-year-old female victim was stabbed multiple times about her body during a domestic dispute.   The suspect fled in an unknown direction in a grey 2004 Dodge Caravan, New Jersey license plate number #K24-ECS with the victim's and suspect's 3-year-old daughter (pictured).   EMS removed the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital in critical condition.   Credit - DCPI Diomedes Valenzuela was nabbed on the Garden State Parkway in Clifton, N.J., shortly after 5 p.m., according to New Jersey State Police. His 3-year-old daughter Rebecca was found in good health.

John Hockenjos was accused of pulling into his driveway at “a high rate of speed,” forcing a cop to “jump” out of the way. He later proved the cop made up the claims, and won a nearly $175G settlement from the city. The city will pay a $174,250 settlement to an MTA engineer falsely arrested by a Brooklyn cop, who will also pay out of his own pocket.

'We will end this epidemic': City to spend $23M per year on new plan to fight AIDS
