The NYPD is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing person within the confines of the 114th Precinct. A photograph of the missing is attached and available at DCPI. The circumstances are as follows: The missing was last seen on Friday, February 12, 2016 at approximately 2200 hours inside of 41-06 Vernon Boulevard in Queens. The missing is described as a male Black, 5'1", 101 lbs, brown eyes, with black hair. Tahfarie Gidarisingh 14 year-old male 41-06 Vernon Boulevard Queens, NY 11101 A 14-year-old boy went missing from his Queens home Friday night, police said early Monday.

The family of a Queens father who died days after getting rare-ended by a truck, was awarded a bittersweet victory of $13.5 million. Anthony DiCiervo Jr. (pictured) was on his way to work in Long Island City in December 2011 when his 2002 Chevrolet Camaro coupe was hit from behind by a Brooklyn Bottling Corp. truck. The crash didn't cause much damage to the body of his small car, but DiCiervo, 46, hit his head upon impact. He died 11 days later because of bleeding in his brain. The family of a Queens dad had a bittersweet $10 million victory after a company denied responsibility for his death, the News has learned.
