Man with machete stuck in his back rushed to hospital after Washington Heights attack

A man in Washington Heights is in critical condition after being stabbed and left with the weapon stuck in his body early Sunday, witnesses and police said. The victim was stabbed outside on Audubon Ave. and W. 180th St. at 1:40 a.m., police said. "When the ambulance guys put the guy in, the machete was stuck in his back," said a man outside Voga Lounge and Grill. The victim was rushed to Harlem Hospital, where he's in critical condition. Police on scene were looking for video. The suspect was not caught, police said. The victim was stabbed outside on Audubon Ave. and W. 180th St.
