AG Repeatedly Dodges Questions On If She Agreed With Comey's Conclusions Attorney General Loretta Lynch was on Capitol Hill answering lawmakers questions about the investigation into Hillary Clinton's private email server. During the hearing, Lynch repeatedly dodging questions from Congressman Bob Goodlatte on whether or not she agreed with many of FBI director James Comey's conclusions about the investigation.

Although he ultimately did not recommending criminal charges, Comey's statements about the investigation have been a damning indictment of the former Secretary of State's competence and honesty. In recent testimony, Comey has stated unequivocally that Clinton misled the public and lawmakers when she declared that she never sent or received classified emails.

"Let me direct you to Director Comey's conclusions on a variety of points," Goodlatte said. "Secretary Clinton stated that she never sent or received information marked as classified on her server. Director Comey stated that was not true. Do you agree with director Comey?"

Dallas Shooter Told Former Platoon-Mates 'I'm Going To Go Down In History' America is still getting to know Micah X. Johnson, the man police say is responsible for Thursday's shooting in Dallas, Texas that left five law enforcement officers dead and 7 wounded. Today, we've learned that Johnson once told platoon mates that "whenever my time comes, I'm going to go down in history."

The revelation came when two of Johnson's former comrades joined Monday's Sean Hannity Show to shed light on the shooter's time in the service. The 25 year old Johnson served in the United States Army Reserves and was discharged from the service in 2015 after one tour of duty in Afghanistan.
