Queens, NY. 11/22/2016: The Emergency Responce Unit as well as other specialized units responded to the shooting, which turned into a barricaded incident. A suspect was arrested in connection to a shooting Tuesday night, which took place inside a apartment building at 86-11 151st Ave in Queens. One person was shot and the suspect had barricaded himself inside his apartment before turning himself over to police. Gregg Vigliotti for New York Daily News.
