Gingrich Blasts Recount Efforts As Rise Of 'Nutty Wing' Of The Democratic Party Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich is slamming the Democrat-led recount, saying that the long-shot effort represents the collapse of the Democratic Party. Gingrich made his comments during an interview on Monday's "Hannity."
