UH OH: Federal Judge Orders New Search for Clinton-Benghazi Emails Fresh off her stunning loss to Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential race, Hillary Clinton finds herself in more trouble this week after a federal judge ordered the State Department to search previously unseen emails related to Clinton and her response to the deadly Benghazi attack. US District Court Judge Amit Mehta announced his decision Wednesday, saying the Department of State had not made a sufficient effort to "track down" communications between Clinton and other officials in the aftermath of the attack that left four Americans -including a US ambassador- dead.
