N.J. mom of son who killed brother with her gun can attend funeral

Itiyanah Spruill, 22, was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and weapons offenses after her 5 year old son accidentally shot and killed her 4 year old son Christopher Lassiter while playing with a gun that belonged to Spruill. Spruill is currently being held on $310,000 bail. On Thursday June 30, 2016 Superior Court Judge Ronald D. Wigler signed an order allowing Spruill to attend a private viewing for her son. The mother of a 5-year-old who accidentally shot and killed his younger brother with her gun will be allowed to attend his funeral.

Swim coach fired after he was caught in prostitution ring at Olympic trials

Kelton Graham, 41, a swim coach for Club Wolverine from Michigan was arrested in a prostitution sting for solictiation in Omaha, Nebraska. Graham was in Nebraska for Olympic Trials. Kelton Graham was one of 11 people arrested Monday night during an undercover police operation.

Texas man sentenced to 25 years for killing friend with hammer after drug bender

Naing Myo Swe, 25, a Dallas, Texas resident sentenced to 25 years after being found guilty of killing his friend Anthwan Clinton, 19 with a hammer. A jury found Naing Myo Swe, 25, guilty of murdering Anthwan Clinton, 19, on Wednesday, after five hours of deliberation.

The estranged son of a respected Boston police captain was arrested July 4 by FBI agents as part of a counter-terrorism operation against alleged ISIS-inspired domestic terrorists, federal officials told ABC News today. Alexander Ciccolo was arrested last July in a plot to detonate homemade bombs.

Former Oklahoma teacher arrested for alleged relationship with 13-year-old student

A former Choctaw, Okla. teacher was arrested after being accused of inappropriate acts with a minor. Victoria Lucus, 26, was taken into custody on two count lewd or indecent acts with a child under 16. Authorities began investigating a possible relationship between a teacher and a student in May. Victoria Lucus has blamed the inappropriate acts on the student.
