I am probably doing this wrong and may offend you with my request. If you are offended, I apologize. At age 63, having fought the Washington establishment elitists my entire life, I only know one way and that is straightforward and honest. We need some big donors.
I know firsthand that America is in a real mess, and I know why.
My name is Larry Hunter, and I’ve worked inside of the Washington Establishment for more than three decades (My Bio). I came to Washington as a college professor at the University of Maryland in the late 1970s but left after a few years to work in politics.
I was a White House advisor to Ronald Reagan, vice president and chief economist of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, chief of staff of the congressional Joint Economic Committee (lead economic staffer on Contract with America), chief economist, political advisor and ghost writer for the Honorable Jack Kemp at Empower America, president of the Social Security Institute and now chairman of the Committee To Draft Andrew Napolitano for President in 2016, for which I am asking your support.
We need some big donors to accomplish some big things, and the biggest thing we can do right now to reverse the disastrous course America is careening along is to convince Judge Andrew Napolitano to throw his hat in the ring and run for president in 2016.
Why Judge Andrew Napolitano? Why now?
Judge Napolitano is a Constitutionalist, pure and simple. When Fox News needs a constitutional scholar, they call their constitutional watchdog Andrew Napolitano. He speaks the truth no matter the consequences. He understands and eloquently articulates the Founder’s vision for America as the “Land of Liberty” and knows the limits of the Federal Government.
The Committee to Draft the Judge is dedicated to building such a large grass-roots’ swell of support for a Judge Andrew Napolitano presidential run in 2016 that he will feel compelled to answer the call of duty and throw his hat in the ring.
The establishment Republican and Democrat parties will spend billions of dollars during the next 3 ½ years to maintain their hold on power. I believe we can derail their efforts and elect Judge Napolitano for a fraction of this amount—but a fraction of that sum is still a very large number. That is why we need some large donors to capitalize the effort.
We can reverse course and get back on the path to liberty, prosperity and happiness but we can’t wait much longer to turn around, and we won’t be able to do it without the help of people willing to take substantial risks to get the job done. America needs a game changer, and that won’t come easy or cheap.
That is why I am willing to give my all to make this one last stand for liberty, prosperity and happiness. Will you join me?
The Committee to Draft the Judge can do a lot with relatively little but, again, a “relatively little” is still no small amount of money absolutely. We intend to be good stewards of our donors’ money. With sufficient campaign capital, we can locate and energize activists to work for the Judge on the ground, and we can air powerful, truth-telling ads on TV and Radio and get our message out to potential voters with unbelievable efficiency.
So, if you happen to be one of America’s success stories and you have the financial wherewithal or if you know someone else who does, I ask you to consider donating in a major way — $100,000, $250,000 — or more and urge them to do so also. And dare I ask for a million dollars?
I do ask that, because I know that it will not line the pockets of the fixers and dealmakers; it will be spent on creating a groundswell of support sufficient to convince Judge Napolitano that he must rally to the stirrings of a second American Revolution burning in the hearts and minds of his fellow countrymen.
I promise you: EVERY dollar you contribute to the Committee to Draft the Judge will go toward achieving this single objective—helping Judge Napolitano make a serious run for the presidency in 2016—not into the bank accounts of high-priced political consultants, fixers and dealmakers.
