Sebelius Scores Lifetime Pension
A few weeks ago, Kathleen Sebelius resigned from her position as Health
and Human Services Secretary.
Her departure was a long time coming. After all, she oversaw the worst
government boondoggle in modern American history. The taxpayers spent
$677 million on a website for ObamaCare that didn't work! It was
embarrassing for this administration and a huge frustration for the
American
people.
So Sebelius has stuck around for a few weeks, pledging to work until her
replacement is confirmed. Turns out that her delayed departure may be
for other reasons.
Next week Sebelius hits her five year anniversary working for the
federal government, which means that she will then qualify for a
taxpayer-
funded pension and health benefits for life! The Daily Caller estimates that she will receive $10,000 per year for the rest of her life. Must be nice to work for
the government, where you can epically fail at your job and still collect a pretty penny for the rest of your life. |

Lost Your Plan? "Just Deal With That"
The Congressional Budget Office has come out with new ObamaCare projections. While Obama is bragging that 8 million people have signed up
for ObamaCare, the CBO estimates
that only 20 to 33 percent are newly insured Americans. This means that
only about 2 to 3 million Americans have
gained coverage under ObamaCare. By the end of this year, this would
leave 42 millions still uninsured and 31 million Americans will still be
without insurance in ten years.
Obama will only tell you the numbers he wants you to believe, without
explaining the whole story. Americans will continue to seek coverage
through the ObamaCare exchanges, but the CBO estimates that this is
because millions of Americans will lose their current coverage. That's
the
whole "if you like your plan, you can keep you plan" promise that Obama
knowingly broke. In order to skirt the repercussions of this, he'll
tell you certain numbers that benefit his narrative without telling you
the truth...(continued)
