Cop Stories Obama and Sharpton Don't Want You To See (Part 2)
This weekend, while NYC demonstrators were chanting: “What do we want? Dead cops,” in protest of the cases of Eric Garner and Michael Brown, I took the time to make a list of police stories that Obama and Sharpton want you to ignore. These stories don’t fit their narrative of police officers being racist and oppressive; but rather represent the compassionate side of our nation’s law enforcement officers.
To our police officers: thank you for your service and sacrifices. They have not gone unnoticed here at the Hannity Show.

7) Alabama cop buys shoplifting grandmother truckloads of groceries: A few weeks ago, Grandmother Helen Johnson  was desperate to feed her family and had gone two days without food. She resorted to shoplifting eggs at a Dollar General store and a police officer was called to respond. But, rather than arrest her, officer William Stacy purchased the eggs for her and said, "You can't let kids go hungry. I ran inside, bought the eggs for her and walked out and handed her the eggs…She tried to give me all the money she had on her which was $1.25. I told her to keep it. I don't want it. If I Were John Boehner...
Senator Ted Cruz apologized to his colleagues for disrupting their travel plans in order to force a vote on the constitutionality of Obama's executive orders on immigration.  It's not Ted Cruz who should be apologizing but the watered-down Republicans who don't want to stand and fight for the Constitution.
The politics surrounding this vote on the $1.1 trillion has me pure and outright frustrated with Republicans in general.
To be fair, I was not all that enthusiastic with Republicans before the election but I certainly supported them for the greater purpose of stopping Obama's horrible agenda.  By many important measures, things have gotten worse in America under Barack Obama's presidency.  From our growing national debt to increasing dependency on government, from our falling labor participation rates to increases of those living in poverty, things are tough out there for lots of Americans.
Considering all of this, you would think that the GOP would have had a lot to work with in order to inspire Americans leading up to the election.  But that didn't really happen.  They lacked a governing vision and that is partly due to the lack of vision on the part of GOP leadership like House Speaker John Boehner.
Immediately after the American people give the GOP a mandate in the November election, John Boehner does not seize it as a moment for conservative principles to shine.  Instead, he immediately turns to Harry Reid, Barack Obama and Steny Hoyer in order to pass a huge cromnibus bill that funds ObamaCare.  He also doesn't use his power of the purse in order to challenge the funding of any of Obama's unconstitutional actions.  He completely ignored the conservative members of his own caucus and instead turned to the Democrats.
This isn't why the American people elected Republicans.
If I were John Boehner, this is what I would do...continue reading
