THE SEAN HANNITY SHOW

Gruber Returns
ObamaCare architect Jonathan Gruber is back in the news, just in time for the imminent Supreme Court ruling.  It looks like, once again, the Obama administration lied to the American people.
Does the name Jonathan Gruber sound familiar?  Many months ago, he became a household name for all the wrong reasons.  Gruber, an MIT professor, had been cited as the "architect of ObamaCare" by Democrats and members of the Obama administration.  That was until controversial comments made by Gruber surfaced; then, Democrats pretended not to know him or at least place him at a very long arms length.

Footage surfaced of Gruber explaining how ObamaCare was written in a "tortured" way so that the CBO would score it as a tax.  He also infamously claimed that the ObamaCare law was written in a complicated way that relied upon the "stupidity of the American voter" to not fully understand it.

Gruber essentially outed what many of us already knew: ObamaCare wasn't what it sold as, it was deliberately manipulated and complicated and the administration did this because it assumed the American people were too dumb to figure it out.  By the time they did, it would be too late.  After all, remember what Nancy Pelosi said, "We have to pass the bill so you can find out what's in it."
Gruber is back in the news again.  This is because 20,000 pages of emails sent by Gruber to the White House and the Obama administration have been released by the House Oversight Committee.

Gruber Was Really Close to White House... Really Close
According to the Wall Street Journal , "The emails show frequent consultations between Mr. Gruber and top Obama administration staffers and advisers in the White House and the Department of Health and Human Services on the Affordable Care Act. They show he informed HHS about interviews with reporters and discussions with lawmakers, and he consulted with HHS about how to publicly describe his role."

Chairman of the House Oversight Committee Jason Chaffetz says , "[Gruber's] proximity to HHS and the White House was a whole lot tighter than they admitted.  There's no doubt he was a much more integral part of this than they've said. He put up this facade he was an arm's length away. It was a farce."

To give you an idea of how closely the administration worked with Gruber, a top Obama administration health adviser who worked in the administration and the White House called Gruber "our hero" in an email exchange and thanks him for being "an integral part of getting us to this historic moment."

Even MSNBC had to admit that the White House wasn't exactly "forthcoming" on this one.  That's to say the least.
