Details are as follows:On Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at 0815 hours, the victim, a 15-year-old girl, was on the south bound platform of the Atlantic Avenue station when noticed the suspect staring at her and following her around the station. The suspect approached her, grabbed her arm and told her to come with him. The victim refused and the suspect fled the scene. Then, on December 15, 2015, at 0815 hours the victim was once again on the platform when the suspect followed her and once again attempted to persuade her to leave with him. The victim refused and the suspect fled. This time, the victim was able to get a photo of the suspect. That photo is attached and available at DCPI." A Brooklyn subway stalker who tried to snatch a 15-year-old girl is now in cuffs, foiled by a photo taken by his prey, cops said.

Cops bust suspect in rival’s shooting at Bronx supermarket

The NYPD is seeking the public's assistance in locating and identifying the following individual wanted in connection with an assault within the confines of the 41 Precinct. The circumstances are as follows: On Monday, December 21, 2015 at approximately 1154 hours, the suspect entered the C-Town Supermarket, located at 564 Southern Boulevard, and discharged a firearm, striking the 21 year-old male victim three times in the torso. The suspect fled on foot southbound on Southern Boulevard. EMS responded and transported the victim to an area hospital where he is currently in stable condition. The suspect is described as follows: Male, Hispanic, approximately 20 years-old. A video of the suspect is attached. And available at DCPI. A brazen daylight shooting inside a Bronx supermarket was the work of a 19-year-old gang member aiming to kill a rival, authorities said.
