Four Brooklyn men were busted for allegedly trying to rob an undercover officer, one used a switchblade as a threat, yet surveillance video tells a different story, lawyers says. Jean Scott, 33, Petersen Duplan, Ricardi Joseph, 29 and Samanta Dabel, 24 went to Nostrand Paint and Hardware in Flatbush the day after Christmas to cut keys when a man approached them trying to score some drugs. Duplan recognized the man as an undercover cop that arrested him years ago and told him to "get the f--k out of here," Scott's lawyer Audrey A.Thomas told the Daily News. The men finished their errand and the undercover tried his luck on another customer. Next thing, the men are stopped outside the store and arrested. They were charged with attempted robbery, resisting arrested, disorderly conduct, weapons possession and other charges. The undercover claims the foursome threatened to beat him up and Duplan pulled out a switchblade and threatened to stab him if he didn't give up his money, according to the criminal complaint. No knife was recovered, the lawyer said. Duplan's attorney recovered the store's surveillance cameras which corroborates their client's account, not the undercover's. Jean Scott, 33; Peterson Duplan, 28; Ricardi Joseph, 29; and Samantha Dabel, 24, say they went to a hardware store on Nostrand Avenue to cut keys when a man approached them trying to score some drugs.

The dog also has heartworm and so a GoFundMe page has been started for its care. The adorable pit bull-mix is a hermaphrodite, a rare condition where an animal has both male and female reproductive organs.
