THE SEAN HANNITY SHOW

Carson's Debate Strategy: No More Mr. Nice Guy It's been a rocky couple of weeks for Dr. Ben Carson. In addition to slipping poll numbers, the retired neurosurgeon's campaign's campaign has seen a bit of a shake-up. Recent days have seen the departure of a number of high level staffers including, most recently, his campaign finance chairman Dean Parker.

Despite the shake-up, Dr. Carson is optimistic about his campaign's prospects moving forward. In a recent interview, Dr. Carson promised that voters would see "more pep in my step", a promise that extends to his strategy in Thursday's Fox Business debate.

"Explain to me what 'more pep in your step' and maybe not being so polite at this debate on Thursday night means," Sean said to the presidential hopeful on The Sean Hannity Show.

"It means that I won't always necessarily wait for someone to ask me a question, wait for the whole half an hour before they get around to me," Carson responded. "When I have something to say, I will say it."

"Does that mean maybe Mr. Nice Guy goes out the window a little bit and maybe you're willing to take on some people on that stage that you disagree with?" asked Sean.

"I would certainly be willing to take on anybody with whom I have a disagreement, I just won't do it in a nasty way," answered Carson.

Here's what the Code of Conduct for members of the U.S. Armed Forces says...(continue reading)
