NEW YORK, USA - JUNE 7, 2013: People hurry at JFK Airport in New York. In 2012, the airport handled 49.3 million passengers (6th busiest in the United States). A flight attendant who fled authorities after they found 70 pounds of cocaine in her bag finally landed in jail.

Quindolyn Kauffman, 23, of Houston, disabled her ex-boyfriend's new Rolls-Royce after pulling up in front of him and shooting it in the grill. Police say Quindolyn Kauffman, 23, opened fire into the grill of her ex Darrell Jones's new luxury car.

Man critically injured after leaping in front of Bronx train

A man is in critical condition after he jumped in front of a  train in the Bronx early Thursday, cops said.   The man — believed to be in his 40s — jumped in front of a NYC transit garbage train heading north at the West Farms Square station near E. Tremont in West Farms at 12:35 a.m., police said.    The motorman, however, tried to stop the train, but not before injuring the man, police said. A man is in critical condition after he jumped in front of a train in the Bronx early Thursday, cops said.

James Meyers was arrested for failing to return a VHS to a rental store in 2001. James Meyers said he was pulled over on Tuesday morning for a broken taillight, but learned that there was a warrant out for his arrest.

Braeley Pettigrew wasn't feeling well and thought she might have a stomach flu. Instead, during a visit to the bathroom early Tuesday, she gave birth to a baby boy in the toilet. Then she started to panic, police say, per the Journal Times. After cutting the umbilical cord and wrapping the infant to keep him warm, the 17-year-old high school student told her mother that the boy had been abandoned on their door step in Racine, Wis., reports WDJT. Her mother quickly called police. A Wisconsin teen who was oblivious to being pregnant gave birth to a boy and tried to pass the newborn off as an abandoned baby.
