Trump's New Anti-Hillary Ad Uses Her 'Bark Like A Dog' Moment
Frontrunner
Donald Trump must be feeling confident in his chances for victory in
the GOP presidential nominating process. In a recently released campaign
ad, the billionaire is taking aim not at his GOP primary opponents, but
on his likely opponent in the general election: Hillary Clinton.

The 15 second commercial seeks to cast Hillary as a foreign policy
lightweight, and features a laughing Vladimir Putin and Hillary doing
her now famous "bark like a dog" routing. |

Cruz Won't Get Senate GOP Support Without Apology
The
establishment GOP in Washington DC may want to stop Donald Trump from
being their party's nominee, but the party won't support Senator Ted
Cruz's campaign until he apologizes for insulting members of the
leadership.
Cruz has had a turbulent relationship with Senate leaders, including
Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. In July of 2015, Cruz called McConnell
a liar on the Senate floor over alleged broken promises of a
highway-funding bill.

"I stood up and I asked the majority leader very directly, what was the
deal that was just cut on TPA and was there a deal for the Export-Import
Bank? It was a direct question. I asked the majority leader in front of
all the Republican senators. The majority leader was visibly angry with
me that I would ask such a question, and the majority leader looked at
me and said, 'There is no deal, there is no deal, there is no deal,'"
Cruz said at the time.
"What we just saw today was an absolute demonstration that not only what
he told every Republican senator, but what he told the press over and
over and over again, was a simple lie," he added. |
