Meeting Clinton on the tarmac yesterday before their joint-appearance at a rally in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Biden embraced the Democratic nominee...and refused to let go. In February of 2015, Biden publicly massaged the shoulders of DOD Secretary Ashton Carter's wife while, as The New York Daily News characterized it, "gently whispering in her ear." During a campaign rally for Hillary Clinton on Monday, Vice President Joe Biden treated the audience to a master class in irony by claiming Donald Trump is unfit to have access to the nuclear codes while at the same time proving he himself is unfit to have access to nuclear codes.
