Trump's Hilarious One-Liner About Ford Moving To Mexico Donald Trump has been on the campaign trail criticizing Ford Motor's decision to move all of its small-car production from the United States to Mexico. At a recent campaign stop in Canton, Ohio, the GOP nominee hilariously noted a shift in the fortunes between Mexico and former automobile production powerhouse Flint, Michigan. "It used to be that cars were built in Flint and you couldn't drink the water in Mexico," Trump told the audience in Canton. "Now the cars are made in Mexico, and you can't drink the water in Flint."
