After 3 Terror Attacks, White House Spokesman Calls War Against ISIS A 'Narrative Fight'
Three
terror attacks left dozens wounded over the weekend and it appears the
White House is ready to fight back...using narrative. That's what White
House Press Secretary Josh Earnest had to say during a recent interview
on CNN.
WATCH: Earnest Claims U.S. Battle Against ISIS a "Narrative Fight"
"What I can tell you is that we are, when it comes to ISIL, we are in a
fight, a narrative fight, a narrative battle," Earnest said. "What ISIL
want's to do is they want to project that they are an organization that
is representing Islam in a fight and a war against the West and against
the United States. That is a bankrupt, false narrative." Earnest went on
tall call ISIS' narrative a "mythology" that the administration has
helped to "debunk."
Really, Josh? Three terrorist attacks over the weekend and the administration is focused on narratives? |
