While the Republican nominee does plan to watch videos of Hillary Clinton to get a sense of her strengths and weaknesses, he will not spend the entire weekend studying instead attending a rally in Virginia, where Clinton's lead seems to be quickly dwindling. According to the Observer.com, Hillary Clinton has been over-charging her poorest donors after they make a one-time donation to her campaign. One source from the Wells Fargo fraud department told the website they receive up to 100 calls a day from Hillary's small donors asking for refunds for unauthorized charges made by the Clinton campaign. "The source claims that the Clinton campaign has been pulling this stunt since spring of this year. The Hillary for America campaign will overcharge small donors by repeatedly charging small amounts such as $20 to the bankcards of donors who made a one-time donation.
