Washington Linked To IRS Scandal
Congress has returned to Washington. We are gearing up for quite a week as the investigations continue into the various scandals plaguing the Obama administration. Over the weekend, we learned new information on the IRS targeting of conservative groups. Here's the bottom line: The narrative that this was done by "rogue, low-level employees" has completely unraveled. In fact, as we learn more, it's almost insulting to think that this administration apparently thought that they could get away with this "rogue, low-level employees" lie. That's exactly what it was - a lie. As recently as last week, the administration continued to pedal this theory. We'll see in the days ahead when their story changes...again...( more)

Jack Levin
Folks, my buddy Mark Levin has a wonderful father - Jack Levin. And Jack Levin has written and DESIGNED a really great book call " George Washington - The Crossing." It's about the most crucial battle of the Revolutionary War - the Battle of Trenton. What I really like about this book is that you really feel like you're watching as the battle develops, the battle itself, and the aftermath. The period drawings, maps, and artwork jump from the pages. AND MOST OF ALL, Jack Levin explains that he wrote the book, and put it out now, because he feels there's a need -- during this time in our history -- to remind us that when Washington and the Continental Army had their backs against the wall, when they thought all was lost, they rallied. They stunned the world, defeating the British forces at Trenton against all odds. It really is an inspiring book, a great looking book. And it's only $11.00 on amazon.com, you can't beat that. It's released tomorrow, available in all major book outlets, and I just wanted to bring it to your attention. It really is positive, inspiring book, which we need about now. And just in time for Father's Day, I might add - Sean
IRS Outrageous Spending
As if we weren't outraged enough at the IRS, over the weekend we learned more details of an investigation into the lavish spending habits of the agency, specifically IRS conferences. Later this week there will be a hearing in the House Oversight Committee to discuss - are you ready for this? - $50 million in IRS conference spending between 2010-2012. Fifty million! One conference alone that took place in Anaheim, California cost $4 million. A video from that Anaheim conference has been released showing IRS employees performing the "Cupid Shuffle." Wow, what an important use of your tax dollars. According to the House committee, "Some of the 2,600 attendees received benefits, including baseball tickets and stays in presidential suites that normally cost $1,500 to $3,500 per night. In addition, 15 outside speakers were paid a total of $135,000 in fees, with one paid $17,000 to talk about 'leadership through art.'" The report to be released is titled "Collected and Wasted: The IRS Spending Culture and Conference Abuses." Over the past three years, at least 220 IRS conferences have taken place, costing you, the taxpayers, almost $50 million.

Today's "Hot Topic" On The Hannity Forums:
Time to add a new option to ballots? - User84
Just a thought, haven't fully thought of the consequences. How adding an option to ballots. Instead of just [R], [D] or [I].... could we add in [NONE]! If NONE got enough votes, it would then remove anyone from that position, until someone was re-elected into it. Let the ridicule commence!

>> TV Tonight (Hannity FoxNews at 9pm ET):
Did the order to target conservatives come directly from Washington? Congressmen react to the IRS scandal. Plus when will Eric Holder give his resignation to the president? Liz Cheney weighs in. And did Obama strike a secret deal with the Clintons to endorse Hillary in 2016?
