An Oklahoma City man is facing charges for domestic assault and destruction of property after a drug-fueled incident on the south side of the metro early Sunday morning. Officers were first called out to the scene at a home in southwest Oklahoma City around 12:30 a.m. The caller told police that the suspect had left the home walking east toward S. May Ave. The officers arrived and searched the area when they located the suspect, identified as 40-year-old Shaun Walsh, in the 2800 block of SW Grand Blvd. An Oklahoma City man punched his ex-girlfriend and then chased her with a pitchfork after an argument over a meth pipe, police said. Shaun D. Walsh, 41, was arrested early Monday and charged with domestic assault with a dangerous weapon and malicious injury and destruction of property, according to the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office.

A Sarasota County bus driver was caught allegedly trying to pick up a prostitute while he was on the job. At around 9:45 a.m. Thursday, 43-year-old Rodrigue Macharie, was on-duty driving a Sarasota County Area Transit (SCAT) paratransit bus when police say he drove his bus to North Tamiami Trail and flagged down who he thought was a prostitute, but was an undercover police officer. A special needs bus driver in Florida made an unscheduled stop Thursday. He wanted to pick up a prostitute, but instead drove into a police sting, according to reports. Rodrigue Macharie, 43, a Sarasota County Area Transit driver, was on duty when he motored his empty bus to North Tamiami Trail where he attempted to negotiate a $20 sex act with what he thought was a prostitute, police said.
