A Cry For Help
In a heartbreaking video exclusively sent to Hannity.com, a Yazidi girl who fled ISIS was asked what message she wanted to send to the people of the United States. She says five of her friends had been kidnapped by ISIS and begs for help for the girls who have been taken by the brutal group.

According to Jeff Gardner, a humanitarian media expert who conducted the interview, the young girl's friends were sent to sex slave markets in Syria and Mosul.

Tax Competitiveness Index
The Tax Foundation has released a new International Tax Competitiveness Index. Compared to other industrialized countries, the United States is neither competitive nor neutral when it comes to its tax policy.

In fact, out of the 34 industrialized OECD countries, the United States ranks an abysmal 32nd! A big reason for this ranking is that the U.S. has the highest federal corporate tax rate in the industrialized world of 39%.

Obama, Chuck Schumer and the Democrats want to make our competitiveness even worse by further complicating our tax system with laws which punish businesses from moving their headquarters out of America.

Washington should be focused on making our tax code more competitive rather than more complicated.

Sometimes as a country we can be really dumb, and our tax code is certainly a reflection of that.

Number of Immigrants in U.S. Hits All Time High
After a summer of heated debate over immigration, a new report sheds light on the issue in the United States. The number of immigrants, both legal and illegal, living in the United States is at a record high. In 2013, 41.3 million immigrants lived in America, which represents a doubling in the immigrant population since 1990. Mexicans represent the largest group of immigrants, both legal and illegal. The report also found that 2.5 million immigrants from "predominantly Muslim countries" now live in the United States. According to Breitbart's Matthew Boyle, "Between 2010 and 2013, there was actually a greater increase in the number of immigrants from the Middle East than from Central America." When it comes to illegal immigration, control the border first. Especially at this time when our country is a target for terrorism.
