Prepping for Executive Amnesty
With the election less than one week away, the Obama administration is
preparing to act on a number of issues it's been waiting on, including
immigration.
According to a report from Breitbart,
“Attorney General Eric Holder and Homeland Security Secretary Jeh
Johnson will reportedly give President Barack Obama their final
executive amnesty recommendations in two weeks.”
The officials will decide how long illegal immigrants need to be in
the country before they can receive temporary amnesty or work permits.
Remember that the government has ordered
millions of immigrant ID cards. While this seems to be a sure sign
that amnesty is coming, the administration insists it is just a
coincidence. Yeah, right!
Last night on Hannity, Rep. Paul Ryan promised to use the House's power of the purse to defund any executive effort to move on amnesty.
This is why the mid-term election is so important; it would give us
more power to stop Obama from running roughshod over our Constitution. |

upside-down approach to foreign policy. We seem to coddle our enemies
and provoke our allies. Look at where that has gotten us.
The latest example causing tensions is a senior White House official
who has been quoted as calling Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu
a “chickens**t.”
Seriously?
A piece in the Atlantic by Jeffrey Goldberg quotes an unnamed senior White House official saying, “The thing about Bibi is, he’s a chickensh**t.”
There's speculation as to who this official might be, but the point
is that this is coming from Obama's inner circle. These are the people
surrounding Obama and shaping his policies.
It's no wonder then that our relationship with Israel has been
tenuous under Obama, to say the least. Goldberg lists in his piece the
various words the administration has used to describe Netanyahu
throughout the years. They include “recalcitrant, myopic, reactionary,
obtuse, blustering, pompous, and 'Aspergery.'”
This is how we treat our closest ally in the Middle East? At a time
when we are faced with the rise of radical Islam and threats throughout
the world, we insist on insulting Israel. It's dumb and dangerous...continue reading |
