$3.2M CUNY grant to educate immigrants and low-income students at LaGuardia Community College

Due to rising costs of tuition and the economic downturn, City University's such as LaGuardia Community College have, for the first time, imposed a deadline on admissions - which was today: Friday, May 7th.
