Officers then witnessed Santos performing oral sex on Lynch �in full view of the public,� the police report states. Lynch later admitted to the incident, and he and Santos were arrested and charged with prostitution and lewd and lascivious conduct. An Uber driver was arrested in Florida after receiving oral sex from a woman in exchange for a ride.
