Obama: Hillary Clinton Was Careless In Managing Emails
Hillary
Clinton continues to be hounded by charges that she mishandled
classified emails during her tenure as Secretary of State. In a recent
interview on Fox News, President Obama made it clear that he believes
she was careless in managing her emails, some of which, it has been
reported, were top secret in nature.
"I continue to believe she has not jeopardized America's national
security. Now what I also said is that - and she's acknowledged - that
there's a carelessness in terms of managing e-mails that she has owned.
And she recognizes that," President Obama told Fox News' Chris Wallace.

But while Obama was somewhat critical of the former Secretary of State,
he also came to her defense. "I also think it is important to keep this
in perspective," Obama added. "This is somebody who served her country
for four years as secretary of state and did an outstanding job and no
one has suggested that in some ways as a consequence of how she's
handled e-mails that that detracted from her excellent ability to carry
out her duties." |

Here Are The GOP Delegate Totals As They Stand Today
Billionaire
Donald J. Trump continues to retain his delegate lead over his rivals
Ted Cruz and John Kasich. The real estate mogul has collected 743
delegates during the course of the primary, well over half of the total
needed to lock up the nomination.
Despite trailing by by just under 200 delegates, Texas Senator Ted
Cruz's recent victory in Wisconsin as well as his ability to acquire
delegates in states that didn't hold primaries or caucuses has allowed
him to keep pace with Trump. On Saturday, Senator Cruz swept all of
Colorado's 34 available delegates during the Centennial State's GOP
convention.
Here's the GOP delegate count as it stands today... |
