Report: Administration, Under Fire, Will Fly a 'Massive' Number of Haitians to Haiti

as it tries to manage large numbers of asylum-seekers who have been

U.S. authorities closed traffic to vehicles and
pedestrians in both directions at the only border crossing in Del Rio,
Texas, after chaos unfolded Friday. Thousands of migrants took refuge
under a bridge in Del Rio, creating a new border crisis and disturbing
optics for the Biden administration. Some lawmakers urged the White
House to take immediate action, such as calling in the National Guard to
help deal with the overwhelming flood of asylum seekers.
