“Larry
Davis” is quite the faddish battle cry among young minority agitators
these days. Enraged tweets about the Ferguson and Eric Garner cases over
the past several weeks have heralded Davis as a “street legend” and
“hero.” Chicago-based actor Demarco Monroe vowed on Twitter that if
police “[c]ome at me on that gun pointing s–t, please believe the LARRY
DAVIS gon (sic) come outta me...”
Warren
telling GOPers last year that “this democracy has already rejected your
views” is an overdose of retro-irony considering the results of last
month’s election. But anyway, fast forward to this week...
If
only Kathleen Sebelius could have been there to advise the Edsel people
that all they had to do to solve the problem was to change the name of
the car...
