Here's The (Updated) List Of Crimes Hillary Has Potentially Committed
With
the revelation that the FBI has expanded its probe of Hillary Clinton
to include 18USC§1001, the list of crimes that Hillary Clinton has
potentially committed has now grown to include as many as 16 violations.
"When you hear they're expanding their investigation beyond a
preliminary fact-finding, that's not good for her," Sean said to Former
New York Mayor and Federal Prosecutor Rudy Giuliani on Thursday's
Hannity.
"Particularly the mention of 18 United States Code Section 1001,"
Giuliani added. "That's a big statute. That's the statute Martha Stewart
was indicted under and it makes it a crime to give a false statement,
not just under oath, but a false statement, for example, to an FBI agent
or an assistant U.S. Attorney."
If it comes to it, Giuliani also believes that Attorney General Loretta Lynch will indict Clinton.
"She's a very straight woman," the former mayor declared whom he
supported when she was first nominated. "This is a very fair woman, so I
have a lot of confidence in her."
Here's the list as it currently stands...(continue reading) |

Rand Paul Goes On The Offensive Against Marco Rubio
The
Republican candidates spoke often about cutting taxes during Tuesday's
Fox Business/Wall Street Journal debate. However, spending cuts were a
topic that received much less attention.
"You were the only person when talking about the economy that dealt with
the issue spending," Sean said to Senator Rand Paul on Thursday's Sean
Hannity Show. "I don't know why every Republican doesn't get behind the
penny plan and realize you can no longer be the Democratic-lite party
and spend more money than you take in."
LISTEN: Rand Paul questions whether or not Rubio is a true fiscal conservative
Senator Paul took the opportunity to draw a distinction between himself and Senator Marco Rubio.
"This is my big concern, and it's why I'm concerned whether or not Marco
Rubio is a fiscal conservative," the Kentucky Senator responded. "He's
offering up a trillion dollars worth of new military spending and a
trillion dollars worth of refundable tax credits."
Paul was referring to Rubio's proposed $2,500-per-child tax credits,
which the Kentucky Senator considers to be a welfare expansion. An
analysis by the non-partisan Tax Foundation estimates the credits could
lead to a loss of around $1.7 trillion in tax revenue over 10 years.
"If you remember, these tax credits have a 25% fraud rating and the
investigator general discovered that these tax credits gave 4 billion
dollars to illegal immigrants," Paul added. "My concern is if you double
down on these tax credits and you explained them the way Marco wants to
do it, will more of this money be flowing to illegal immigrants?" |
