Girl, 15, snaps photo of creep who tried to abduct her in Brooklyn subway

"The New York City Police Department is asking the public's assistance identifying the suspect wanted for stalking, in transit, within the confines of the 78 Precinct. Details are as follows:On Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at 0815 hours, the victim, a 15-year-old girl, was on the south bound platform of the Atlantic Avenue station when noticed the suspect staring at her and following her around the station. The suspect approached her, grabbed her arm and told her to come with him. The victim refused and the suspect fled the scene. Then, on December 15, 2015, at 0815 hours the victim was once again on the platform when the suspect followed her and once again attempted to persuade her to leave with him. The victim refused and the suspect fled. This time, the victim was able to get a photo of the suspect. That photo is attached and available at DCPI." Police said the teen encountered the man at about 8:15 a.m. Dec. 9. The teen said she was waiting on a platform at the Atlantic Ave.-Barclays Center train station and noticed the man staring at her.

A Lousiana fast food worker was arrested for spitting on a police officer's burger. Elijah Johnson, who cops say suffers from Herpes, is accused of the act when the officer grabbed food at a Dairy Queen in Baton Rouge, LA. The officer became suspicious when he saw a substance on his burger bun and asked the manager to review video. Police say it shows Johnson, 21, taking a bun and lifting it to his face. He was arrested and charged with resisting an officer and mingling harmful substances. Spokesman for the Baton Rouge Police Department, Cpl. Don Coppola, tells The Advocate 21-year-old Elijah Johnson was booked Sunday on counts including mingling harmful substances.
