Rubio Gets An Big Endorsement In South Carolina After a day of rumors, South Carolina Senator Tim Scott made his endorsement of Florida Senator Marco Rubio official this morning. Scott is one of the most conservative members of the United States Senate, and is the only African American member of the GOP serving in the body.
