Scary Facts - Obama Care - Are you approaching or over retirement age?

I send this to light a lamp in your house. If there is doubt as to it's darkness...please download the Affordable Care Act online to verify. These and several other rulings is my reason why I don't support the law.  It is the law yes, but that's not the concern...how it controls your life and mine is the concern. For any good this bill contributes to goodness are far outweighed by the negatives it supports.
 

Judge Kithil is the second Judge to have read the Obamacare document and commented.

Remember Nancy Pelosi's infamous blurt: "We have to pass it in order to find out what's in it"!

Did you know that your hospital admittance under Medicare has changed?

Under Obamacare, You can only be admitted to a hospital by your primary physician or Medicare won't pay.

If you are admitted by an ER doctor, it is considered outpatient care and hospital costs are not covered.

Following are just a few of the changes that are mandated for later this year and 2014.

 

At age 76 and later, you are no longer eligible for cancer treatment * see page 272.

 

Judge Kithil of Marble Falls , TX - highlighted some of the most "egregious" mandates of Obamacare.

  ** Page 50/Section 152: The bill will provide insurance to all non-U.S. Residents, even if they are here illegally.

 

** Page 58 and 59: The government will have access to our bank accounts and has authority to make electronic fund transfers from our accounts.

 

** Page 65/section 164: The plan will be subsidized (by taxpayers) for union members, union retirees and for community organizations (e.g.. ACORN).

 

** Page 203/lines 14-15: The tax imposed under this section will not be treated as a tax. (How could anybody in their right mind come up with this?)

 

** Page 241 and 253: Doctors will all be paid the same, regardless of specialty, and the government will set all fees.

** Page 272. Section 1145: Hospitals will ration treatment for cancer  according to patient's age.

 

** Page 317 and 321: The government will impose prohibitions on hospital expansions.

** Page 425, line 4-12: The government mandates advance-care planning consultations.

              Persons on Social Security will be required to attend "end-of-life" planning seminars every five years.

 

** Page 429, line 13-25: The government will specify which doctors can write an end-of-life order.

 

Judge Kithil goes on to say:

 It is specifically stated that this bill will not apply to members of Congress.

 

 

THE AMERICAN PEOPLE MUST STAND UP AND BE HEARD. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!

Illegal aliens have full heath coverage while senior Americans (taxpayers) have limited coverage.
